When making a purchase with Canyon Hollow Decor you agree to these terms.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase with Canyon Hollow Decor. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Canyon Hollow Decor website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Quarterly Founders Box Subscription
By subscribing to Canyon Hollow Decor’s Quarterly Subscription Box, you agree to pay the full subscription amount for each quarter in advance. Once payment is made for the subscription period, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed for that period.
Payment Terms
Canyon Hollow Decor provides secure and private payment methods to ensure a safe shopping experience. To facilitate purchases on our site, we may require certain information, including but not limited to credit card details or other payment-related information. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases with our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We use trusted third-party services to process payments. By purchasing from Canyon Hollow Decor, you agree to allow us to share your payment details with these third-party providers for the sole purpose of facilitating your transaction. All payment processing is secure, and we are committed to protecting your personal and financial information throughout the process.
For our Quarterly Subscription Box, billing cycles occur during the first week of February, May, August, and November. If you opt for a yearly subscription, your billing cycle will renew based on the period in which you originally signed up. Yearly subscriptions will be automatically billed at the end of the 12-month period unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United State (except Alaska and Hawaii), and do not ship to PO Boxes.
You will be charged a flat shipping rate of $16.99 per box. Shipping rates are subject to change.
Quarterly boxes will ship in March, June, September and December.
Monthly boxes will ship around the 2nd week of each month.
Canceling your subscription
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds.
There are no cancellation fees, and you may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for boxes that have already been paid for or shipped. The cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles after the current paid term has ended (including yearly terms). Cancelation of a subscription will not cancel pending charges, if a charge is pending you will receive that periods box.
Canyon Hollow Decor reserves the right to terminate any subscription at any time if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies applicable to your account or subscription.
Communications
By purchasing a subscription or any product from Canyon Hollow Decor, you agree to receive communications from us, or third party affiliates, including but not limited to marketing and promotional materials, as well as updates regarding our services and products. These communications may be sent via email, text message, or other forms of electronic communication.
We may use the contact information you provide at checkout or through other interactions on our site to keep you informed about new products, special offers, and important updates related to your subscription or purchase.
You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in these messages. However, please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive important transactional messages, such as order confirmations and updates regarding your account or subscription.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of Canyon Hollow Decor's website, products, or services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our site or purchasing products from Canyon Hollow Decor, you agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Canyon Hollow Decor related to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Maryland
